This website is owned and run by Indi Electric Eels Pvt Ltd ("Indi Electric", "we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We try to keep product details accurate, but specifications, colours, features and images on this website are for general information. Some photos on this website are representative stock images and do not show the actual ETOR scooter. The scooter you buy may differ, and we may change specifications without notice.

Prices shown are ex-showroom and can change without notice. On-road price may include registration, insurance, accessories and taxes where applicable. The final price is the one on your dealer's invoice.

Some ETOR models are low-speed scooters and some are high-speed scooters. High-speed models need RTO registration, insurance and a valid driving licence. You are responsible for following all traffic, licence and registration rules that apply to the model you buy and ride. Always wear a helmet.

Test rides are free and are given at our authorised dealers, subject to availability. For a test ride:

• You must carry a valid driving licence for high-speed models.
• You must follow the dealer's instructions and wear a helmet.
• You are responsible for riding safely and for any damage caused by careless riding.
• The dealer may refuse or stop a test ride for safety reasons.

Scooters are sold through our authorised dealers. A sale is complete only when the dealer issues an invoice. Online booking and payment are not available on this website at present.

Warranty on the motor, battery, charger and other parts is given only as written in the warranty card supplied with the scooter. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorised repairs, use of a non-approved charger, or normal wear and tear. Warranty periods for each part are listed on the warranty card and on the Scooters page.

Details on this website about dealership formats, investment (approx ₹4–5 lakh), space needs and dealer margin (up to 17%) are indicative only. They are not an offer and do not create any agreement or right.

A dealership or distributorship exists only after both parties sign a written agreement. The terms of that agreement, including security deposit, territory, stock and margins, will apply.

Earnings examples and calculators on this website are illustrations for planning. They are not a promise or guarantee of income. Actual results depend on location, effort, market conditions and other factors.

The Indi Electric name, ETOR model names, logo, text and designs on this website belong to us. Stock photos are used under their own free licence. You may not copy, reuse or modify our content for commercial use without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Submit false details or someone else's details in our forms.
• Try to harm, overload or break into the website.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

Some buttons open services run by others, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for those services.

We provide this website "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
