This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and through WhatsApp or phone conversations that start from it, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We collect only what we need to answer you:

• Details you give in our forms: your name, WhatsApp number and, on the contact form, your email address.
• Details you share later on WhatsApp or a call, such as your city or district, the scooter model you like, your planned investment and available shop space for a dealership enquiry.
• Basic technical data sent by your browser, such as device type, browser, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address.
• Your language choice (English or Hindi), which is saved only in your own browser.

We use your information to:

• Reply to your enquiry and call or message you about it.
• Arrange a test ride at a dealer near you.
• Assess and process dealership and distributorship applications.
• Send you product and offer updates on WhatsApp, only if you asked for them.
• Measure and improve our website and advertising.
• Meet legal, tax and regulatory requirements.

By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you on the number you gave, including on WhatsApp. You can stop WhatsApp updates at any time by replying STOP or by telling us on call or WhatsApp. Withdrawing consent does not affect messages already sent.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed, with:

• Our authorised dealers near you, so they can arrange a test ride, quote or service.
• Service providers who run our website, lead management and WhatsApp messaging for us, under confidentiality.
• Finance partners, only when you ask for an EMI or loan option.
• Government authorities or courts, when the law requires it.

Our website uses small files in your browser to work properly and to remember your language. We may also use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work as expected.

We keep your data on secure systems and limit access to staff who need it. No system is fully secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer you and follow up, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Dealer agreement records are kept for the period required by law.

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
